I don’t sleep like most people. I’m awake for several days, then I sleep for a day or so. If I go with natural rhythm, I wake up around 10 or 11 pm and awake till around noon to 2 pm. This doesn’t work for having a ‘normal life. I got some Gummies as a Bonus one time and noticed how I slept much better when I had a gummie about an hour or so before bed. Weird!
