This tea is GREAT! By the time I finished drinking my cup (about 20 mins) I was already starting to feel a bit of a body buzz from it and became really relaxed about 40 minutes after finishing the cup. I did mix it a little stronger than they say to, they recommend 1tsp per 250ml, I did about 1.5tsp to 235ml and added 1tsp of coconut milk. I also steeped it for about 15-20 minutes. Definitely recommend it and I can’t wait for tonights cup o’tea now 😀
