Canada Post & COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Canada Post has determined that it will no longer be delivering packages that require proof of identity or a signature to customers’ doors.

Customers requesting signature will now be required to collect their orders from a post office location in order to provide proof of identity and signature. Customers will receive a notice card indicating the post office where they can pick up their items.
